  • Sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded.

How to return:

  1. Schedule a Pickup:
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your location.
  1. Pack and Hand Over:
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or similar and hand it over to the pickup executive.

Refunds and exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or defective items:
